Good design begins before the first sketch. It begins with proximity to the problem — the patience to understand what's actually broken, for whom, and why.
We've designed for defense systems, medical environments, warehouses, airports, and big-box back offices. The domain changes. The discipline doesn't.
In a world that rewards speed and scale, we believe the most valuable thing a designer can offer is clarity. Not just fast output — the right question, asked early enough to matter. We don't fold under the pressure of business timelines or the pace of AI. We use every tool available. But the human touch is non-negotiable.
